7. Limitation of Liability

Sun Wing Consultant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
